I bring a hands-on approach to every project, with years of experience in commercial furniture installation and a commitment to getting the job done right. When I am not doing the job I love, I enjoy golfing, playing cribbage, and relaxing with family and friends.

My focus is on finding ways to make what we do simpler and more effective. Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my dogs and family, concerts, and wandering the bay area. 

Vice President

My favorite part of OTM is the collaboration. So many of us are able to help each other as needed because of the time we all take to learn about the other facets of our process. When I am not at work, I like to socialize - be it playing sports or hiking with friends.

Director of Field Operations

As Director of Field Ops, I help coordinate our field teams and projects to ensure every installation runs smoothly from start to finish. I enjoy working alongside our crews, tackling challenges, and finding practical solutions that keep projects moving forward.

People Operations Manager

I help connect people, processes, and projects to keep our team running smoothly every day. I enjoy supporting others, building strong relationships, and helping create a positive experience for both our team and our clients.

Office Manager

I’ve been working at OTM since 2020, and during this time, I’ve truly valued the growth opportunities, the support for employees, and the strong teamwork that makes our work environment thrive. 

Warehouse Manager

Jose has been with OTM since 2018, and is our Warehouse Manager in Sacramento. In his spare time, he likes hanging out with his family and friends.

Project Manager

As a project manager, I love to  translate what the customers needs are to our team members, and then make sure it all comes together out in the field. Outside of work, I like to be with my (growing)! Family.

Project Manager/Coordinator

I have been with OTM since November of 2021. My  favorite part of her job is the challenge of solving problems. When she isn’t finding solutions at work, she spends her time hanging out with her sons and friends, and enjoys trying new restaurants.

Project Coordinator

I love the work family we have here at OTM and enjoy collaborating with everyone to support our customers throughout each project. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, gardening, and playing video games.

As a Project Coordinator, I love that every day is different—there’s always something new that keeps me on my toes—and working with my clients truly makes the job rewarding. Outside of work, I served eight years in the Air Force, I’m very family-oriented (my nieces and nephew keep me busy!), enjoy playing slow-pitch softball, and spend as much time as possible with Nikko, my German Shepherd/Husky mix who means the absolute world to me.

Project Coordinator

I enjoy being able to build, manage and grow our customer relationships as an Account Manager. Building strong relationships comes down to consistently creating trust, value, and alignment with our client’s goals . In my spare time, I enjoy going to the movies, watching A's baseball and taking weekend trips with my wife.
